Jam Bernardino was born out of the spirit of keeping great original rock music alive in the Inland Empire. Bands from the area contend with exporting their fans to faraway venues in Hollywood, Los Angeles and Orange County, all the while paying the price in presale tickets, high cover charges, and not to mention hellish gas prices. What do they get for their hard work and money? Fame? Fortune? Record deals?

Not likely. Maybe some bragging rights, at best. So what's a band to do?

Rock bands from the area are uniting for summer showcases across the Inland Empire in venues big and small.

There will be no pay-to-play. There will be no cover charge. There will be no bulls**t.

What you will see and experience is great live music, both electrified and unplugged, but most defintely in your face. Bands are encouraged to bring their fans, sell their merch and, above all, just have a great time. Say goodbye to the cattle call vibe. We're trying to bring back the party!
